Chenya Kwon, Co-editor-in-chief
My name is Chenya Kwon, and this is my third year on The Westlake Wire staff. I am the editor-in-chief, but I was previously the arts & entertainment section editor and featured columnist. Since I was a little girl, I have been fascinated by stories, and this passion eventually evolved from the realm of fiction to the real world where I now find myself engrossed in learning about the experiences and lives of the people around me on campus. It’s what’s drawn me to the staff in the first place and what has kept me coming back for more (in addition to the amazing and talented staff members that I’ve come to know and appreciate). Outside of the newspaper, I spend time mock trialing, decorating my Animal Crossing island, and spending time with my cat!
