Hi! My name is Alexa Koniares, and I am honored to serve as one of the Editor-in-Chiefs. This is my second year on staff. I was previously a staff writer and the business manager. I initially joined the school newspaper because I enjoy writing articles and being involved in the community through journalism. I love being a part of The Westlake Wire because everyone works so hard to create quality content that we then get to share with you. Our entire staff is so talented and supportive, so it is fun to just have this environment on campus. Outside of the newspaper, I am on the WHS Dance Team, and I compete with the Mock Trial Team. In my free time, I love going to the beach, listening to music and spending time with my friends!
